Bikram Hot Yoga
The Original 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, beginner level hot yoga class delivers the therapy needed to recover and heal from life’s wear & tear, from life’s accidents and/or having too much fun. With mobility in mind, you’ll develop strength where you need it and stretch where you don’t have it.

It’s the perfect combo to heal, transform & enhance yourself.

Inferno Hot Pilates HIIT Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity tabata system work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels. 

60 minutes. 90-95 degrees. 40% humidity. All levels. Offered: In-Person & Virtual/Live-stream.

This challenging & fast paced class is designed to get your heart rate up, using high intensity interval training system to target the muscle group of the day. The short time frame allows you to get it in your schedule whenever you need!  

This class can be done anywhere (home, road, lunch break) since we are streaming to your phone, laptop through Zoom virtually! 

45 minutes. Prepare for some jumps, kicks & lunges (modifications offered). Weights optional (3lbs, 5lbs, 8 lbs or 10lbs will be used at times).

Yin Yoga
is a challenging yet quiet form of yoga. It is accessible to all individuals, whether you an experienced yogi or just beginning. It is a perfect compliment to all forms of exercise. Yin Yoga focuses on the postures which stretch connective tissue between joints. Focusing on Yin postures will improve muscle strength and helps prevent injury. 

75 minutes. Unheated (ambient room temp is cozy). All levels. Offered: In-Person & Live-stream.

Hot Vinyasa Flow
It’s creative style allows you to explore the balance between breath and movement as you flow from on pose to the next. Be guided through a gentle warm up to an invigorating pace, you’ll find your Downward-Facing Dog and mind-body connection get stronger the more you practice.

60 minutes. 90-95 degrees. All levels. Offered: In-Person & Live-stream.
