  • Some postures done one set, some two sets.

Hot Yoga 26 (+)

In this class we practice the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises known in the Bikram Yoga Method + explore variations & modifications that will compliment your regular practice.

In the second set of each posture, variations are offered so students can get creative, with options to do easier or more intermediate postures if desired.
Class is set to music and the teacher will often lead students by demonstration while giving instruction. Beginners are welcome, and can practice the original series or try as many or as few variations as you like.

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

The ultimate butt and bod workout!

  • Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout.
  • It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out.
  • It is designed for all fit­ness levels. We play fun music!
  • 60 minutes.

  • Improves muscle strength and helps prevent injury.
