In this class we will cover the nuances and properties of the Bikram method backward bends. Learn how to connect with different areas of your spine, which muscles to use and which ones to relax, and how to go deeper into your postures!
Ida will teach techniques for isolation of lower, middle and upper spine, as well as which other areas of the body we need to use for backward bending. We will spend our time on exercises to help you create maximum strength and flexibility for you!
