Breathing 101

The benefits of effective breathing are many, such as: reducing muscle
tension in your body, reducing anxiety in your mind, and improving
athletic performance. There isn’t one aspect of our well being that isn’t
effected by how we breathe.
During this miniseries, we will explore the dynamics of how to breathe, practice different
breathing techniques and combine them with asana practice, pelvic floor work and traditional
pranayama.
