Breathing & Self Massage Workshop with Meadow Goldman

We breathe 20,000 times per day. How you breathe has a big effect on patterns of tension in your mind & body – especially your neck & shoulders. Learning to breath efficiently can permanently reduce neck & should tension.
In this workshop you will join Meadow Goldman LMT and Uta Plotkin LMT to learn how to breathe efficiently and gain a home practice of self massage and stretching for overworked upper respiratory neck & shoulder muscles.
