This series will examine the muscles of the core, how to learn to feel if
the muscles are turned on or off, or are too tight or too lax and
how to fire the muscles functionally to give you maximum support in your yoga practice and
daily life. We will use a combination of yoga postures, breathe work, self-massage,
strengthening and stretching to create a healthy balanced dynamic core.
