Where do you primarily practice?
What brought you to the yoga?
I walked, jogged and hiked for years with no stretching and I was a mess. When I asked for new hip flexors and IT bands for Christmas everyone just laughed.
Why do you continue to do the yoga?
I love it! It feels so good. I continue to try and improve my practice and it feels like such an achievement when I get it right.
What other activities do you enjoy or participate in?
Walking, gardening, hunting.
Standing Head to Knee. So close yet so far.
What words of advice do you have for a new student?
Come back. It will be one of the best things you could do for yourself in a wonderful supportive environment.
